Frequently Asked Questions

What is The Anti-Burnout Club about?

At The Anti-Burnout Club, we believe that healthy minds and healthy bodies = happy you! We combine courses and lessons in movement like yoga and Pilates, along with mindfulness, meditation, and breath work sessions. On top of this, we have lessons in productivity, motivation and focus to help you achieve your goals and free up more time for self-care.

How do I become a member?

You can sign-up to become a member here. We have two membership options available, a monthly membership at £9.99 a month and a yearly membership at £77 for the whole year (just 21p per day)! We occasionally run special offers for those who take part in our challenges, follow us on Instagram or who are on our waiting list.

How do I access the lessons?

You will find all of the pre-recorded lessons on the membership site. Once you’re logged in, you can browse lessons and courses on your dashboard or using the menu and search functions. We also run live lessons weekly in the private Facebook group. You can check the events page to see when these are.

How do I cancel/upgrade/downgrade my membership?

We have made it easy for you to manage your own membership on the Dashboard section of the site. If you scroll to the bottom, you will see your account settings. Here you can edit your subscription, upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. You can also email members@theantiburnoutclub.com to cancel your membership.

Will the exercises be suitable for me?

We try to ensure all of our lessons and courses are all-inclusive and for all levels at The Anti-Burnout Club. However, if you have an injury or haven’t exercised in a while, then please speak to a health professional before taking part in any of the lessons.

I have more questions, who do I ask?
