Welcome to ‘How to Relax’ with Andrew Johnson.
In this course, you will find 8 videos – 4 of which are audio and 4 of which are introductions to each of the meditation tracks. It certainly helps to watch the videos first, as Andrew explains what we’re about to learn (and why). However, you can also just skip straight to the audio if you’d prefer.
The first three meditation tracks are fairly short and the last one brings everything you have learnt together. It’s the perfect course for both beginners and experts in meditation alike. Remember, meditation is all about practice. Keep coming back and refining your techniques to get the most out of this course.
