Welcome to your lessons with Coz Pilates!
We’ve designed this course to start you off at the very beginning, learning the fundamentals of Pilates and a quick warm-up, before moving onto more in-depth sequences. You can choose to do these lessons in any order, however. You can also repeat lessons if there’s one you particularly enjoy – or if you wish to use Coz’s warm-up before you start a new lesson.
Every month, new lessons will be added to this course as you grow in strength and experience. For now, the lessons do not require any equipment other than a mat – which means you can get started right away!
